We are looking for a candidate ideally coming from a comparable hotel operation. We expect a minimum of 3-4 years relevant work experience within a Sales department and we prefer candidates who are fluent in both Dutch and English. Furthermore you are pro-active, result driven, a team player and people manager.

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport hotel is located in Hoofddorp, in close proximity to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and is easily accessible from the motorway A4 / A5, which connects The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. It is just 12 kilometres from Amsterdam RAI, the main international exhibition and congress centre in North-west Europe. This airport hotel has 330 spacious guestrooms ranging in size from 25 to 40 square metres. All hotel rooms offer the latest amenities and facilities catering to the needs of today’s traveller.

In this role you will report directly to the Director of Sales of the hotel, assist him in his daily tasks and will be responsible for client acquisition, account management and will be responsible to assist that the related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets. Furthermore you support with the strategic (long-term) planning and budget. You replace the Director of Sales in his absence and you act as a coach for the Sales Executive and Sales Coordinators.
