Functie omschrijving

•    Liaison between users/administrators and suppliers of the various software tools EHA uses.
•    Reviews contracts and SLA’s between EHA and various contract suppliers and provides recommendations
•    Manage proprietary databases covering all donors, members, and event/congress participants of the client as well as a learning platform
•    Maintains the integrity, security and availability of multiple database(s) and systems
•    Develop and maintain databases from which to generate informational and analytical reports
•    Recommend additional components to improve overall system performance by staying current on emerging technological changes
•    Respond to data requests and assist in the collection of data
•    Support the collection, management and reporting of key information by documenting and clarifying data flow; organising, cleaning and cross-checking data, and conduct data analyses
•    Suggest and implement ways to streamline and simplify procedures for increased efficiency and accuracy
•    Improve the user experience of visitors to the company website, including tools that are connected to this website such as the learning platform
•    Translate user requirements and present and implement by CRM suppliers
•    In-house IT general assistance, with day to day IT matters
•    IT Trouble shooter


•    Bachelor's Degree. Equivalent combination of education and experience in computer support may be considered in lieu of degree requirement
•    Three or more years of related experience, with a proven track record for creating and implementing longer-term strategic goals for improving data quality
•    Experience working in different systems
•    Experience in development and implementation of service level agreements and standard operating procedures for data collections
•    Must be extremely pro-active with the ability to ask questions and not wait until approached by colleagues, suppliers and members with IT related issues
•    Reliable, friendly and easy going personality – your glass is half full rather than half empty
•    This is a new position so you must be a self-starter who has the ability to co-create this position
•    Must be good in English, both written and spoken, Dutch is an advantage
•    Must be proactive and have an appropriate approach to a task or problem solving
•    Affinity to working in a small in-house team
•    Must have great communication skills and a customer service oriented approach
•    Must have a can do attitude to work and want to stay until the job is done
•    Proven ability to implement CRM standard procedures across multiple systems
•    Exceptional Work and Excel skills
•    To be the spider in the IT web
•    Willing to travel in Europe once a year for annual congress in June as well as smaller events during the year.
