This company is a young, dynamic and ambitious ecommerce company headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We provide an ecommerce platform for industrial supplies; the products we sell are used to maintain, repair and operate facilities such as factories, machinery and offices.

Our customers include maintenance and operations professionals as well as people buying supplies in general. We aim to make their life easier, by providing them with superior ease of use in finding what they need, reliable and fast delivery combined with excellent customer service and in depth product knowhow.

We operate in multiple countries in Europe in a €100bn+ market and our team is growing fast. We believe that we can have a meaningful impact on the customers we serve. You will help build the foundations of this company.

Job Description
Help build and develop the Customer Care team
Actively participate in various projects within the department;
Promote the culture within your team.
Technical Support for our customers
Handling all technical questions and complaints;
Delivering high level of customer service;
Solve issues and problems pro-actively;

Job Requirements
Desired skills and experience
Education: technical background, HBO(Werktuigbouwkunde/Mechanical Engineering). Or equal through relevant work experience
You have proven knowledge of the industrial MRO market and in particular in your product groups.
You preferably have worked for an industrial distributor or have worked in a maintenance department
Team Player, Customer-centric, Organised, Pro-active, Eager to learn
Has excellent communication and problem solving skills;
Takes responsibility and ownership;
Is passionate about helping customers and about technology;
Is flexible in work as in mind
Is fluent in written and spoken Dutch (preference for second language)
Is available Full-time (40h/week) and flexible in work schedule;
