Our client is a European Contact Center that provides support to companies that outsource their technical helpdesk or customer service desk. The company has successfully provided support in more than 11 languages to over 16 European countries for the past 15 years.
Do you strive for customer satisfaction and do you speak French at native level? As helpdesk agent you will offer support to French speaking clients and assist them to deliver a positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing support via telephone, e-mail and chat to French speaking clients in regard to multimedia products
- Assisting French speaking customers with installations and troubleshooting
- Resolving product related questions or problems
- Managing RMA's
- Documenting customer details and queries and escalating if applicable
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills in French (near native or native level) and English (advanced business level)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience in one of the following positions is strongly preferred: technical customer service representative, helpdesk agent, technical service representative, inbound call agent etc.
- Proven knowledge about multimedia products
- Able to anticipate upon customer needs
Salary and Benefits
- Full time and long term position
- Salary indication: 1700-1800€ gross/month
- Additional benefits: 100€ language allowance/month, 8% holiday allowance, 24 paid holidays/year, travel compensation
