support store partners with their order placement, place additional orders if needed and monitor the proper flow of all orders to the logistics service providers.
act as liaison between Starbucks partners in stores and support centres, dealing with any issue in a competent and professional manner and reporting back to the Customer Service team lead on a daily basis;
Provide instruction to the warehouse and suppliers so that customer orders are processed effectively and efficiently;
Assist in regular performance reporting to all parties; Maintain documents and files as necessary and ensure all parties are using latest versions of files (order forms).
Supply Chain and / or Customer Service experience
German or fluent English combined with another European language
Gevraagd opleidingsniveau: minimaal MBO.
