The organization is an internationally well-known Security Evaluation Lab. They are specialized in embedded security testing for leading international clients from mobile payment to automotive, medical and ID products. For this organization we are looking for more than one Security Reviewer High-tech who would love to analyse the security of a product at different levels, both software and hardware.
The organization evaluates ICT security of both hardware and software products. They make a judgment about their security based on formal and informal methodologies. The different products include Integrated Circuits, smart card applications and also payment terminals (PED or PIN Entry Device). They work with international financial companies such as MasterCard and VISA, governments and the developers of ICT products.
The Security Reviewers High-Tech are educated in performing evaluations with an “on the job” approach. You will be able to learn different evaluation techniques like code review, fuzzing and testing. Also you will learn about the methodology how the security of products is judged and how to report the results. You will work in small project teams. There are many variations in our jobs: analytical work, experimental work, consultancy and participating in international working groups. In this role you are in touch with customers who are developing the leading edge products and applications. You must have a hacker mentality with all round good English language skills to function and grow in our organization.
We are looking for both junior and experienced Security Reviewers High-tech with a technical background (Bachelor/Master/PhD) in Mathematics, Cryptography, Computer Science, Physics or equivalent. We are looking for people that have experience with software development or testing for embedded systems.
