We are looking for a passionate trade marketeer who will partner with customers and ensure the long-term success of existing and new relationships.
In this role you are responsible for further development of the German sales activities, all aimed at supporting the German Sales Managers in their daily work. Basically, it will be your job to find new business opportunities for your sales colleagues, who will then in turn use the data in their sales activities.
You will be carrying out the four core values of the organization: service, sustainability, appearance and safety.
Building bridges between marketing and sales is your first responsibility. By translating marketing plans to customer needs, you seek to find mutual value. You are createive, with a keen eye on new business opportunities, and you are able to satisfy the needs of our customers. You will analyse market trends for the development of markets, shopper, account category, channel and brand, and you will be translating these into valuable insights. Building a sustainable relationship with your clients, and transfer the values and goals of our organization. Together with the corporate team you are able to deliver insights, ideas, propositions, product possibilities and trends, always targeting growth. You will work closely together with the Account Managers in your designated area.
Also, you will be responsible for setting up strategic trading plans, and making them operational. Naturally, you take care of order, tidiness and safety in your own workspace.
In this position you report directly to the Marketing Manager Germany.
- A completed Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing;
- Willing to become the Marketing specialist for the organisation in Germany, If you already have relevant experience this is a big advantage;
- Excellent listening, presentation, verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluent in writing and speaking German, either native or near-native. Also, fluent in English and willing to learn Dutch;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

The salary of the position is open for negotiation and depends on background and relevant years of work experience in the marketing field.
