We are looking for Customer Service Representatives/Technical Support Agents who speak fluently French. preferably in combination with Dutch.
Your main tasks will be:
As a technical support agent, you answer phone calls and/or e-mails from clients and customers who have technical questions/difficulties. In each case, professional interaction with the customer and resolving the issue is the key. Questions will be about the purchase and use of a wide range of IT-related products (laptops, tablets and desktops).
Date of commencement yet unknown
For the duration of 2 weeks you will be thoroughly trained by our client to ensure that you have the tools and abilities to help your customer.
Your rqualities and availability
- Native language level of French in combination with English and preferably Dutch
- You are IT-minded and have good general IT-skills (for example, Microsoft Office)
- You are available to work 32-40 hours a week
Opening hours are monday to friday between 8 AM and 6 PM
