Your tasks include: As a Lighting Consultant/Account Manager, you develop a business plan in close consultation with sales management. You map and analyse the market potential for our lighting solutions in your region. You are the interface between the market, customer requirements, product portfolio, lighting design, logistics and processes. The main focus of your sales efforts is on end customers. Furthermore; • You take responsibility for the achievement of agreed business targets • You have regular project follow-up meetings with internal sales and sales management • You develop and maintain strong relationships with current and high potential new partners • You refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the Zumtobel Group organisation so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands • You take responsibility developing your sales skills and knowledge of the organisation’s products, services and customers by exchanging knowledge and information with colleagues • You develop marketing actions in collaboration with sales management and Benelux marketing management • You take care of the follow-up of technical customer complaints • You report to the sales manager “end users” Profile You are an experienced sales professional in a B2B-environment. Success is important to you, you are able to motivate yourself and furthermore to make things happen. Identifying original and innovative approaches and solutions to challenges are among your specialisms. You actively broaden your view and knowledge of the business beyond your current expertise. You: • (At least) have a technical bachelor with commercial feeling or a commercial bachelor with affinity for architecture and/or technical issues • Have a native proficiency in Dutch and a full professional proficiency in English. • Are familiar with standard Microsoft Office applications, and eager to learn other software platforms used by the Zumtobel Group What we offer: The Zumtobel Group offers your a market competitive reward package including a performance related bonus plan.
