As a Production Employee, you will work full-time from 7:30 AM in a fast-paced production environment. This is a long-term position that offers plenty of opportunities for growth and development. Your duties include lifting plastic bags and installing molds into machines. Due to the physical nature of the job and its technical aspects, an interest in technology or mechanics is a strong advantage. Have you worked on scooters, mopeds, or other machinery? Then you already have a solid foundation! Motivation and perseverance are essential for success in this role.
You'll be working in a diverse team with colleagues of different ages and backgrounds.You will start your day by checking your workstation and preparing the necessary materials. Throughout the day, you will work closely with your team to ensure production processes run smoothly. You will monitor product quality and make adjustments when needed. At the end of the day, you will make sure your work area is clean and organized, ready for the next shift.
