We’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who combines curiosity with execution. Someone who doesn’t just follow developments in AI but actively explores, challenges, and shapes them. You will design prompts, build intelligent agents, integrate LLMs into real business processes, and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions that deliver measurable value for our customers and our own organization.

Your role will include

• Build smart AI solutions for clients, from early‑stage prototypes and MVPs to production‑ready applications such as AI agents, business applications, and intelligent automations.
• Design robust AI and non‑AI architectures and integrate them into existing systems and workflows using APIs, middleware, vector search, prompt orchestration, and retrieval pipelines.
• Help shape CLEVR’s AI delivery capability by developing internal tools, reusable accelerators, and scalable ways of working.
• Partner with consultants, architects, and clients to turn business challenges into practical AI solutions, and support and lead workshops, demos, and discovery sessions.
• Explore and evaluate the latest AI tools, models, and frameworks, while sharing knowledge internally and driving AI‑first thinking across the organisation.

What you bring to the table

• 2–6 years of experience building software, automations, or AI‑powered applications in real‑world environments.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building and shipping AI solutions, including agents, copilots, and other real‑world applications across client work, product teams, and personal projects.
• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a builder mindset; client‑facing or consultancy experience is a plus.
• Experience in Git and/or setting up pipelines in GitHub.
• Experience with TanStack, Convex, and terminal is a plus.
• Experience integrating solutions through APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks such as Codex, Claude Code, and OpenCode, not only using the tools but also using tools to set up and maintain AI coding workflows.
