Become part of an award-winning team! In this internship, you will help Van Lanschot Kempen embed AI in everyday work. You will inspire and support colleagues in using Microsoft 365 Copilot smartly and responsibly, and you will contribute to low‑code AI agents in Copilot Studio. With clear content, e‑learnings, and hands‑on training, you will make the difference as a facilitator in adoption and help build a knowledge‑sharing community, so that AI tools are used safely and with impact.
During this internship, you will work in a dynamic environment with various multidisciplinary DevOps teams and departments across the organisation, such as commercial colleagues from the Private Bank, Investment & Fiduciary Managers, and Operations teams such as Client Monitoring. You will collaborate with other highly motivated people who all share the goal of delivering impact with AI.
In addition, you will be working on:
- Designing, building, and integrating low‑code AI agents (Copilot Studio) into work processes together with business teams;
- Training and activating colleagues through hands‑on sessions, workshops, and floor‑walking, so that Copilot is used with impact;
- Developing (video) content and e‑learnings: short how‑tos, use cases, prompts, and best practices;
- Helping to build and maintain a community (events, webinars, ambassadors, Q&A);
- Working with data on adoption and usage (e.g., dashboards/analyses) and, based on that, proposing and executing improvement actions.
You are a strong communicator and you get energy from bringing people along through change. You are interested in technology and AI, enjoy figuring things out, and like making that knowledge easy to understand for others. You take ownership of your tasks independently, enjoy collaborating with different teams, and are curious about how the organisation works.
Additionally:
- You are a third‑ or fourth‑year bachelor’ or master’s student;
- You are curious about AI and new technology (experience with Copilot/M365 or low‑code is a plus);
- You enjoy creating content (e.g., short videos, guides, posts) and delivering training;
- You enjoy working with people from the business as well as IT and you dare to ask questions;
- You take initiative, spot opportunities, and anticipate them by independently looking for solutions, even when the answer is not immediately clear;
- You are available for at least 5 months for an internship of 32 to 40 hours per week;
- You have a good command of English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus.
Together with a diverse range of clients, we invest in a more future‑proof, sustainable, and data‑driven way—both nationally and internationally. With nearly 300 years of experience, we turn that ambition into reality at Van Lanschot Kempen. We do this with around 2,100 colleagues across different areas of expertise.
The Digital Innovation & Analytics (DIA) department is a start‑up‑like environment within Van Lanschot Kempen. This means a workplace that offers both the dynamic and ambitious character of a startup and the solid benefits of a large company. Digital Innovation & Analytics was founded to help the organisation with its continuous digital and AI transformation.
An organisation’s level of innovation and agility also depends on the diversity of its workforce. Our differences make us stronger. We encourage an inclusive working environment where all colleagues feel at home. With us, you can simply be who you are—and we are proud of that.
