As a People Business Partner, you’ll support stakeholders and teams to scale. You’ll create clarity, strengthen ways of working, and ensure people have what they need to succeed. You’ll be a trusted partner for day‑to‑day people topics, contributing to a positive employee experience, smoother processes, and an engaged, healthy workplace. In addition, you’ll design and implement foundational frameworks, introduce best practices, and lead transformative change across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, supporting change, improving HR processes, and being a go‑to person for employees and managers.
What you’ll take on- HR Partnership: Work closely with managers to support team development, performance conversations, and everyday people‑related questions. Ideally, you have worked within a CLA context and with a production site.
- Employee Experience: Help foster an inclusive, engaging environment where employees feel supported and valued.
- Guidance & Support: Advise on HR processes such as performance, hiring, onboarding, and development.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Develop and implement initiatives that foster engagement, well‑being, and a positive employee experience while managing complex employee relations issues.
- Process Improvement: Help refine existing HR processes so they run smoothly and scale with the business.
- HR excellence: Support strategic HR projects across Learning & Development, Compensation, Performance Management, and other key areas to enable scale and business success.
- Change Support: Support teams through organizational or process changes in a pragmatic, people‑oriented way.
- Data & Analytics: Establish the foundation for HR data and reporting, then leverage insights to influence decisions and measure the impact of people initiatives.
- Policy, Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, updating frameworks to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
- 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth scale‑up environment.
- Strong understanding of Dutch labor law and compliance requirements.
- Experience working on HR projects and building centers of expertise (e.g., compensation, analytics, L&D).
- Drive, resilience, and hunger for tackling complexity; comfortable creating structure from the ground up.
- Exceptional ability to influence and manage relationships at senior leadership level.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is a highly added value.
