This role sits within the Hub HR Business Partnering team, which executes global and regional people strategies and co-creates local plans to meet strategic business priorities across retail, wholesale, and office channels.
What are you going to do?
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving transformation, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You'll collaborate with HR experts to deliver impactful people initiatives and support leadership in achieving business goals.
What does your job contain?
- Co-create and implement people plans aligned with business strategy, using analytics and KPIs
- Be a trusted advisor to leadership, offering future-focused people solutions
- Drive organizational design and change management to close capability gaps
- Lead workforce planning and translate strategy into actionable plans
- Coach leaders on team development, performance, and talent management
- Support and lead change initiatives and organizational structure transformations
- Collaborate with HR verticals to improve processes, tools, and policies
- Guide leadership through core HR processes (e.g., salary revision, performance management, talent planning)
- Improve succession planning and talent retention through strategic programs
- Enhance employee engagement using survey insights and business knowledge
- Provide expert guidance on complex employment law matters
- Elevate key people practices including performance, succession, and engagement
- Represent the HR BP community in enterprise-wide projects

- Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering
- Strong coaching and advisory skills for senior leadership
- Expertise in organizational design, change management, and talent development
- Deep understanding of HR processes and employment law
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English
