Take the Lead in Onboard Operations – Step Up as our next Site Manager at VBH

Are you ready to take the next step in your VBH journey? Are you a strong organizer, a natural leader, and technically sharp? Then we’re looking for you. We are looking for our next Site Manager to join the VBH team – where leadership, coordination, and excellence on board luxury yachts come together.

At VBH, we bring cutting-edge AV/IT innovations to the world’s most iconic yachts. As Site Manager, you will be at the helm of executing technical AV/IT installations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating activities on-site, managing your team, and ensuring flawless delivery of complex, high-end solutions.

What you’ll do:

As a Site Manager, you oversee operational project execution on-site. Whether you’re managing a small or mid-sized project, you ensure everything runs smoothly – technically, logistically, and safely.

You’ll be:

• Managing AV/IT installation projects, from preparation to on-site execution
• Planning and coordinating the work of installation engineers (1–15 team members)
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and project stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with contract specifications, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
• Maintaining accurate documentation, change logs, and reporting
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and material logistics

What do you take home?

• A gross salary between €3.118 and €4.727 per month based on 40 hours, depending on your experience and skills;
• An iPhone and VBH laptop;
• Travel allowance of €0.23/km or a company car;
• Annual profit-sharing bonus;
• A bike plan (Lease a bike)
