Who are you?
You're a natural manager, driven and curious. You're willing to take responsibility, think in solutions and enjoy helping others improve. Do you have a vocational (MBO-4) or higher professional education (HBO) level? Then you're ready for this adventure.
What do you get in return?
We'll train you internally to become a Floor Manager. Meanwhile, you'll participate in training and courses to help you continue your professional development.
The gross starting salary for a Management Trainee depends on your age and is shown below. This all-in salary is based on a 40-hour workweek, inclusing 8% holiday allowance and vacation days.

Do you want to develop your leadership skills? As a Management Trainee at McDonald's, you'll learn how to lead and motivate a team, and ensure a top-notch experience for our guests. You'll be fully involved in the restaurant and learn how to oversee, schedule colleagues, and ensure everything runs smoothly - from kitchen to administrative.

What's on your menu?
You have at least a vocational (MBO) work and thinking level. Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus - but even without experience, we're happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.
As a Management Trainee, you'll be a coaching leader. You motivate your team positively, but you're also honest about what could be improved. You're adaptable, maintain a clear overview, and make confident decisions. You also lead by example and always see things from the perspective of our guests.
