Stay organized – Use our Front Desk checklist to ensure no detail is missed.
Prioritize safety and security – Follow all procedures to keep our guests and team safe.
Support VIPs and special guests – Share key arrival and departure details, and make sure special requests are passed to the right departments.
Be a team player – Work closely with other departments every day to create a seamless guest experience.
Be flexible – Work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
