We are looking for several Account Managers, and for this we are organizing a Recruitment Day on Friday, April 26, 2024 at our office in Breda. We are looking for energetic people who enjoy being out of the office to meet new clients. People who have a passion for beer and want to gain first-line sales experience at the world's largest brewer. We are present in more than 150 countries. 

 

The roll: 

  • You spend a large part of your time acquiring new catering relations (e.g. cafés, restaurants, sports clubs, theatres, hotels, etc.) in your own area; 

  • Selling or promoting the sale of our brewery products and third-party products (soft drinks, wines and spirits) in our own area; 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers in your area. The focus is on effectively positioning our product range and thus achieving sustainable growth; 

  • Building a network of relationships with (potential) customers, real estate agents, project developers, architects, government and semi-governmental institutions; 

  • Fulfilling the role as primary contact person for (potential) customers/purchasers. Guiding and advising brewery relations regarding business operations; 

  • Analyzing commercial data to improve returns per point of sale; 

  • Checking with relations/customers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations (also as indicated by the office staff); 

  • Conducting daily consultations and working in a team with telephone sales, distribution employees, legal employees, event organizers, etc. 

Profile:  

  • Education at HBO level, preferably HEAO-CE or Hoge Hotelschool; 

  • Knowledge and network of the local/regional catering market is an advantage or must; 

  • Living in the district / working area; 

  • Driving License B; 

  • Good demonstrable negotiation skills; 

  • Planned and structured work within clear frameworks and processes to be followed; 

  • Good analytical and arithmetic skills and knowledge of Excel; 

  • Result-oriented and driven; 

  • Team player with winning mentality
