We're looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team, where you'll get to wear two hats and contribute to both Employer Branding and Campus Events!

What you'll do:
Employer Branding:
•    Support the team in maintaining our career website and LinkedIn presence.
•    Create eye-catching visuals using programs like Photoshop and InDesign.
•    Craft engaging content like short texts and testimonials from ING colleagues.
•    Assist with campaign development and optimization, putting your creativity to the test.
•    Analyse online communication data to measure campaign effectiveness.

Campus Events:
•    Help us position ING as a top employer for young professionals.
•    Collaborate on exciting events, online meetups, and workshops.
•    Partner with student associations to organize engaging campus activities.
•    Analyse student needs and develop innovative concepts to attract and retain young talent.

Who you are:
•    A go-getter in your 3rd year of an HBO/WO in Communication, Creative Business, Multimedia Design or a similar field.
•    A creative whiz preferably comfortable with Adobe tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
•    You have experience of - or an affinity with - organising events
•    A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
•    Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
•    A social media enthusiast who stays up-to-date with the latest trends.
•    Bonus points: You have humor, curiosity, and flexibility!

What we offer:
•    A 5-6 month internship (1 semester), starting August/September 2024
•    A competitive internship allowance of €700 per month for a 36-hour workweek.
