Program Manager - Compliance Drivers
As we evolve at Adyen from a Product development standpoint, we must rediscover how we work internally. Adyen, specifically the P&FS Solution, has been scaling up significantly over the last few years. The need for our Products is growing, and this brings challenges. Our newly created Group, Program, is responsible for helping to make the P&FS Solution work more efficiently together and also to work more efficiently together with other Solutions and Functions at Adyen.
Product Enablement aims to identify, drive, and elevate initiatives that will become a part of our 'steady state' for our core solution. So far, this has led to four different focus areas:
The program manager will initially focus on the Compliance Drivers Program. This program aims at structuring an efficient way of working to incorporate the latest regulatory requirements into our product functionality. The Program Manager will be overseeing the alignment between our Onboarding and Compliance Product, our Operational department, and our Compliance and Regulatory function to:
