Superuser

For our new client at our campus in Beringe, we are looking for a Superuser. In this role, you will provide first-line support for hardware and user issues and conduct training sessions for (Key) Users. Are you the specialist we are looking for? Read on!

Employment conditions

• Full-time position;
• Working hours primarily between 06:00 - 22:00;
• Salary in scale 8 between € 2.800,- and € 3.500,- depending on knowledge and experience, with growth potential up to € 4.286,29;
• 8% holiday pay;

What will you do as a Superuser at DHL Supply Chain

After a short training period at our site, you will gradually work more independently for the new client. As a Superuser, you will support the operation during (critical)  issues. You will log IT tickets and assist colleagues, being the one who understands complex issues and offers solution-oriented proposals.Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to users regarding relevant applications;
• Support of and in setting up operational equipment ( network, telefphony etc.)
• Setting up relevant accounts for the organization;
• System testing, creating test scripts,  and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT);
• Implement of new fucctional software(changes);
• Contributing to computerized system validation (CSV);
• Timely informing the (key) user about changes in the application(s) and procedures;
• Validate and improve training material;
• Identifying risks and bottlenecks in usage, analyse incidents and reporting them to the Business Process Manager in a timely manner;
• Proposing process improvements.

What DHL Supply Chain is looking for in our new Superuser

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus & experience with the Microsoft Office package a must;
• Experience in Logistics or a similar role such as IT Support Associate;
• Persuasiveness; for training, instructing, motivating, and correcting involved parties within the organization/project team members;
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken since their will be contact with the Customer.
• Analytical strength and practical insight to analyze business processes and come up with solutions;
• You live in the Beringe area (Netherlands).

Your place in the organization

Our High Tech campus in Beringe consists of 5 locations with a total area of approximately 145,000 m2, and you will be part of the site Beringe 2, where the new client is being implemented.
