Are you the finance professional of the future and do you want to experience what working in an international dynamic sporty environment is like? This is what your internship looks like

You will participate in 1 of our finance departments (Financial Control, Business Control, Purchase to Pay, Payroll or Credit Management) where you will be to participating in the daily processes, but also working on an issue that needs a process improvement.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Invoice registration and processing;

• Preparing journal entries, accruals and Fixed assets entries;

• Processing bank transactions;

• Preparing and making round accounts and reconciliations;

• Making analyzes and business cases;

• Exception handling: consultation with relevant parties to resolve differences;

We ask:

You are curious and analytical and you communicate well. Organizing and prioritizing is no problem for you. You enjoy working in a large international team in a dynamic, enterprising and informal environment.

Furthermore, we're asking:

• HBO/WO student, available at least 4 days a week;

• You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language;

• You can work independently and you like to take challenges;

• You feel confident enough to communicate with all departments and levels in our organization.

Je zal meedraaien binnen 1 van onze finance afdelingen (Financial Control, Business Control, Purchase to Pay, Payroll of Credit Management) waar je naast het meewerken in de dagelijkse processen een proces-verbetervraagstuk krijgt voorgelegd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden kunnen bestaan uit:

• Factuurregistratie en -verwerking;

• Voorbereiden van journaalposten, accruals en Fixed assets entries;

• Verwerken van bankmutaties;

• Voorbereiden en maken van rondrekeningen en reconciliaties;

• Maken van analyses en business cases;

• Afhandeling van uitzonderingen: overleg met relevante partijen om verschillen op te lossen;

Wij vragen:

Je bent nieuwsgierig en analytisch ingesteld en je communiceert goed. Organiseren en prioriteren is voor jou geen probleem. Jij vindt het leuk om in een groot internationaal team te werken in een  dynamische, ondernemende en informele omgeving.

Verder vragen wij om:

• HBO/WO student, minimaal 4 dagen per week beschikbaar;

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en/of de Engelse taal goed;

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en een uitdaging ga je niet uit de weg;

• Je voelt je zeker genoeg om te communiceren met alle afdelingen en niveaus in onze organisatie.
