Rabo Graduate Program

Rabo Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for university graduates to forge a meaningful career path through Rabobank.

Our 18-month program provides a platform to experience a variety of Rabobank career options. Whether it's connecting with colleagues in Sydney's head office, working with clients on the ground in our regional and rural branches, or potentially even enjoying an international rotation in our global head office in Utrecht, you can be part of the team helping our clients feed the world more sustainably.

Risk Management Graduate

Be a risk champion and help maintain our rock-solid bank. The Risk Management Graduate stream offers you the opportunity to build your technical expertise across a broad range of disciplines in our Risk Management function.

Over the course of your 18-month graduate program, your bespoke rotation structure could see you rotating across Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, Financial Restructuring, Credit Risk, and be exposed to all facets of risk management tasks and responsibilities. You will learn to identify, evaluate, and manage current and emerging risks, and play an important role in instilling an appropriate risk culture at Rabobank.

• Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or have recently graduated within the last three years.
• Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in your chosen field.
• Passion for the food and agribusiness industry would be advantageous.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication at all levels both written and verbal.

Tweede gesprek

We willen je graag een tweede keer spreken. Bij dit online gesprek gaan we dieper in op de inhoud van de functie en spreek je vaak nog met een andere collega.

Stap 4

Aanbod

Ben jij de nieuwe collega die we zoeken en word jij ook blij van ons? Dan krijg je een goed aanbod per e-mail. Bij sommige functies moet je eerst nog een assessment doen.

Screening

Tijdens de screening onderzoeken we of je betrouwbaar genoeg bent om voor Rabobank te werken.
