Your job as an operator is:
You learn on the job and eventually you can supplement this with a course or even an MBO Operator training through Timing. As Operator you will really invest in yourself and we expect to see this reflected in your work attitude. The first period you will always work with a colleague operator and you will have weekly evaluation moments.
You will work four days a week in a fixed shift from 05:00 to 15:15. Per day you work 9.75 hours and the shifts rotate so that once every 5 weeks you have a long weekend off.
