Planner materiaal of supply chain planner

As a tactical material planner you have a central and supportive role in the operational and tactical material planning . Degree in (HBO) Commercial Economics, Logistics, EIA, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or similar.

You can work from out the headquarter in the Netherlands in Ridderkerk. But you need to travel to Belgium, Brugge, frequently. (Or you live in Brugge.)

• 2-5 yr experience within material planning/expediting/inventory management/supply chain
• Transportation and distribution
• Process improvement/Problem solving skills
• Basic project management
• Experienced SAP level
• Good MS Office Excel level
• English is een must. French language preferred!
• Self-starter, pro-active and good communication skills

• Supplier Delivery Performance Management, expediting on order confirmations, backlog, setup improvement plan with supplier and Procurement
• Perform on targeted Supplier root cause analysis to understand non-performance
• If required, drive Capacity and/or Supply Chain Capability assessments
• Define and follow up action plan based on root cause analysis to improve Supplier Delivery performance in collaboration with Material Planning
• Prepare and hold OTIF reviews on site, region or global level, as required. Collaborate with other SDPM in case of multi-sites or multi regional impact
• Support activities and involve main stakeholders in case of major delivery issue. Maintaining supplier relationships (e.g. arranging communication channels between supplier and the organization etc.)
• The monitoring of orders placed and timely reminders. Chasing the supplier in the event ofstagnation in the delivery, missing documentation, and / or unacceptable reconfirmation date.
• Keeping supplier and delivery-related data in the ERP system up to date, as well as changes indelivery dates and lead times.
