Account Support Specialist German and English speaking

Are you fluent in German and English?
Ready for your next challenge in a smaller company recently established in the Netherlands, part of a bigger international market leader supplying specialty functional materials, additives, and chemicals to the polymer and related industry sectors?
I'm looking for a dynamic and autonomous professional, with administrative skills a critical eye, and great collaboration and communication skills.

• 2800-3000 E per month
• Direct long term contract with the client
• The office is in Almere, work model is hybrid
• Account Support German and English speaking
• 40 hours per week
• Distribution company specialized in raw materials

You will need to be internationally oriented and able to see the bigger picture.
More specifically, as a successful Account Support Specialist, you are:

• Fluent in the German and English language.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and have good numeracy skills.
• Master in communication as you will need to communicate with stakeholders across Europe.
• Experienced in administration and have a customer service background.

Some of the daily tasks will be:

• Customer service related: Receiving orders and customer inquiries, taking the phone, and answering emails.
• Account support related: Liaising with the account managers to support in the best way serving the customers using their insight.
• Stakeholder management: In collaboration with the warehouses, ensure goods are sent on time.

Our client is a well-respected market leader, supplying specialty functional materials, additives, and
chemicals to the polymer and related industry sectors. The business dates back to 1858 and through
a series of mergers and acquisitions is now part of the OBG Group. Today the group employs over
300 personnel and generates revenues of circa £80m.
