To become the hospitality supplier of the Netherlands, we are looking for a creative and analytical Target Group Manager. Do you go for optimal results and do you translate our score strategy into our range? Then we are happy to build the Makro brand with you.

As a target Group Manager, you put together an attractive and up-to-date range and create it for the selected CTGs and continuously coordinate this with our category managers. A combination of Category management and Marketing. In addition, you come up with proposals for adjusting the range, including a new article or removal of item from core range. Of course you follow developments in the market and competition and act market-oriented.

What are you going to do?

• Assess catering assortment requests from Key Account and the branches the CTGs, for relevance and possible alternatives.
• Drafting (deciding) of price lines/discounts on (self-chosen) article groups for the selected CTGs.
• Achieving set targets for the Horeca range in terms of turnover and total income.
• Ensure coordination of team activities to contribute to the realization of catering objectives.
• Taking action in the event of (threatened) deviations from objectives.

Your profile:

• 3+ years of relevant experience with proven track record within Category Management
• Excellent exell knowledge
• Wholesale/Retail/Logistic awareness
• Organizational skills
• Customer Centric oriented

Als target Group Manager stel je een een aantrekkelijk en actueel assortiment samen en brengt het tot stand voor de geselecteerde CTG’s en stemt dit continu af met onze category managers. Een combi functie die zowel Category management raakt als Marketing. Daarnaast kom je met voorstellen voor aanpassing assortiment, opname nieuw artikel of verwijdering artikel uit kernassortiment. Natuurlijk volgt je ontwikkelingen in de markt en concurrentie en handelt marktgericht.

Wat ga je ook doen?

• Beoordelen horeca assortimentsaanvragen van Key Account en de vestigingen voor

de CTG's, voor relevantie en mogelijke alternatieven.

• Opstellen (beslissen) van prijslijnen/kortingen op (zelfgekozen) artikelgroepen voor de

gekozen CTG's.

• Realiseren van gestelde targets van Horeca assortiment qua omzet en totale inkomsten.
• Zorgen voor coördinatie van teamactiviteiten om bij te dragen aan de realisatie van

horeca doelstellingen.

• Actie ondernemen bij (dreigende) afwijkingen van doelstellingen.
  

Jouw profiel:

• 3+ jaar relevante ervaring met bewezen staat van dienst binnen Category Management
• Uitstekende Excel-kennis
• Groothandel/detailhandel/logistiek bewustzijn
• Organisatievaardigheden
• Klantgericht georiënteerd
