What are you going to do?
As an L&D expert you design and implement (international) development programs for our stores and head office. You ensure that technology supports learning. What is really nice is that you, together with the OCD (Organizational Capability Development) team, are responsible for building a coaching culture in our organization.
You continue to build on the foundations of Makro and therefore have a very important role in strengthening the Makro culture and its values.
You facilitate learning interventions to improve the functioning of our people, from manager to sales employee. You also provide training yourself, f/e in the field of leadership.
We are looking for you
You are a ‘go-getter’. You can easily switch between different communication levels. You are a pro at designing, developing, implementing and evaluating (ADDIE) learning solutions to help our employees be successful. You think big, in solutions and possibilities. And with your training programs you want to intrinsically motivate our people and thus make a real difference and help build the Makro of the future, with our employees we will fulfill our promise.
Your Dutch and English are excellent and you know how to connect with your colleagues both at the head office and in the stores. You work independently and have an HBO work and thinking level, 2+ years of experience, experience in a commercial, dynamic environment is preffered.
