You will be involved with the area whose purpose it is to continuously improve and innovate and to create high quality reports for the business processes regulatory capital from an analytics, data, IT and decision making perspective.

In your role as Business Analyst you will have your home within the Regulatory Capital Implementation squad, but will very actively work with business requirements and delivery teams. This can be in your own area. But also cross area. And even cross tribe.
With you as a Business Analyst, the team will consist of 8 colleagues in a variety of roles, including Solution Architects, Software Developers and Model Engineers.
You are a sparring partner for business requirement teams, architects, development teams, product owners and other stakeholders.
You will help the Area Lead/Product Owner with requirements analysis/process engineering with the aim of delivering consistent and efficient business solutions and processes.
You are an independent Senior Business Analyst in an agile team. You are able to define the target state and develop a plan to get there, with the buy in of the team.

You and your talent
You are an experienced Senior Business analyst with proven knowledge and experience in Risk & Finance projects, architecture, data logistics initiatives and the Credit Risk Model Management environment.
Customer focus, innovative thinking, change execution power and persuasiveness are clearly essential for the role of Business Analyst. You will be working in a scaled agile environment in a multi-disciplinary team where you will be challenged and be able to excel and together with your team and grow towards a next level.
In addition, it's important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:
Educated at University level;
Experience with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures;
Experienced in stakeholder management;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
Flexible and constructively critical attitude, strong analytic mind-set, result oriented;
Experience in agile environment, experience with DevOps, SCRUM and LEAN;
Experience with SQL for data analysis;
Experience with credit risk management in a financial environment;
Having an understanding of international banking regulations such as Basel.
