Inside Sales Representative

As Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for executing all sales tasks for the group of small to midsize customers in Europe and Africa. More specifically, this means you will develop a defined number of these high potential customers, within an agreed timeframe, into a prospect for sales (mainly through inbound requests for proposals). You will maintain day-to-day contacts with customers, colleagues and suppliers in order to meet the customer requirements. Within this position you will (amongst other tasks):

  • determine priorities between customers and orders;
  • gather information and make quotations, including follow up;
  • proactive tele selling;
  • promote actively and sell excess stock items;
  • investigate and develop new sales;
  • monitor customer contracts;
  • coordinate with finance department (i.e. credit limits);
  • participate in commercial projects.
