As a E2E Performance and Improvement Manager you develop a regional strategy for Warehousing & Transport operations, you define and deploy Performance Management metrics and reporting processes/systems to drive operational integrity and excellence. In this role you lead and manage the regional Performance and Improvement team you are a member of the regional Logistics Control Tower management team.

What you’ll do
You develop a regional strategy for Warehousing & Transport operations, covering commercial sites, industrial sites, and supplier locations as well as all transport in the region.
You drive network optimization: analyze, evaluate, recommend, and implement footprint optimization.
You drive and standardize the policies & processes in line with the strategy and in compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
You manage transformational projects, including automation and digitization that support the strategy for Warehousing & Transport
You contribute to RFP programs for in- and outbound logistics to optimize lead times and cost for the covered period. Pioneer concepts designed to lead cost reduction and value improvement activity.
You define and deploy Performance Management metrics and reporting processes/systems to drive operational integrity and excellence in execution across the network.
You deploy strategies to streamline effective distribution procedures, assure compliance and safety, and inventory control.
You contribute to standardize packaging across the BU to maintain brand expectations while effectively protecting the product at expected cost levels.
You work on continuous improvement: identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste. You track the improvement roadmap.
You enable and ensure strict compliance to Company Safety policies, Supply chain security policies and manages necessary documentation, Global Trade & Customs regulations, Quality standards, like ISO
You are responsible to reach financial targets and drive improvements in given scope by recommending actions to minimize variance and operating within assigned budgets.
You propose and lead continuous improvement (LEAN) initiatives to achieve service and cost objectives.
You increase Customer Satisfaction by standardization, improve quality and delivery.
You enable Customer Collaboration with markets and divisions via a standardized service format
You have advanced knowledge and experience in the functional domain of warehouse and transport.
You have thorough knowledge of distribution processes, ways of working and systems.
You have advanced process management and analytical skills.
You are certified in Project management.
You are Lean Expert/Black Belt certified
You have strong Stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
You are a strong influencer that inspires commitment and builds high performing teams.
You have a strong customer focus, respecting high levels of customer service.
You communicate clearly at all levels internally and externally.
You are speed and execution focused.
