As a Young Potential Customer Support Engineer, you'll willing to learn how to serve and support Signify customers to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll be using our latest connected technology to offer customers next level of remote support.
You’ll be part of the Signify Customer Satisfaction team, consisting of twenty driven Field & Remote Service/Support Engineers and Services Contract Managers, whom are responsible for Customer Care and Service within the Benelux.

What You’ll Do
Technical claim handling and incident resolution
Diagnostics and root-cause determination
Analyse and solve application failures, support software upgrades
Remote customer support
Remote system commissioning and optimization
Installed base Maintenance Services
Propose additional services, negotiate with customers on the proposed solutions and associated costs
Provide training to customers upon request
Improve functional excellence
Technical degree e.g. in electrical engineering, IT or similar
You're fresh graduated and willing to grow
Customer service minded and strong communicator
Speak and write Dutch & English, professional proficiency, and preferably French
