In this role, you have the opportunity to make life betterto drive and build a superior Consumer Experience across all touch points for all Personal Health Categories.You ensure consistency, high quality and local relevance of our assets across all touchpoints along the consumer decision journey (paid and owned media, online and offline retail, CRM)
You are responsible for
Acts as an “Editor-in-Chief” for Western Europe, who, with solid understanding of our target audiences and in alignment with the marketing engagement and planning (MEP) team, creates an E2E Consumer Engagement Content Framework across all touchpoints`, including Philips.com and pdp’s
Envisions and creatively fills with locally relevant content the WEPH consumer CDJ (E2E from Explore to Loyalty) across all PH categories leveraging the global toolkits
Audits available content for all touchpoints from the point of view of a consumer and identifies content gaps and, in alignment with MEP team (Marketing Engagement & Planning) feeds new requirements to the Cluster team
Cooperate with teams to creatively fill content gaps – create English masters for the missing structural pieces (e.g. SEO, SEA, Social, CRM, D2C, Philips.com) and ensure fit-for-purpose translation to local languages and cultural context
Coordinates with relevant teams (e.g. Digital Marketing, TSM, CRM) to track and optimize content performance
Coordinates agency briefs for transcreation of all commercial priorities
Leads and coaches the zone Transcreation ambassadors, who are responsible for:
Localize content using the WE content Framework, ensuring consistency across local touchpoints, including coordination of commercial unlock toolkits localization
Continuously optimize based on local performance & learnings
Regularly connect as Western Europe Hub to share local learnings and best practices to inspire across EU7
You are a part of
Western European Market organization within the Marketing Team, a very dynamic and consumers focused team with a strong drive towards success.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
•>6 years-experience in global and local marketing roles, or running own business
•Solid experience in designing, implementing and optimizing E2E consumer CDJs, including offline touchpoints, e.g. from project lead roles within creative agencies, marketing roles or from driving own business
•Proven experience in digital and content marketing, including solid understanding of SEO and digital content management systems (e.g. Salesforce CRM and similar)
•Creative yet grounded and pragmatic when needed, with business acumen, ability to drive creative work based on performance
•Strong conceptual and holistic thinker, able to connect dots from a variety of disciplines
•Creative soul, fountain of ideas, innovator
•Strong drive, able to inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams
•Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills
•People management skills
•Balanced profile, able to be strategic as well as bring projects to completion through structure and execution
•Excellent English skills, copywriting and/or design experience is a plus
