Your job:
The payment products play a critical role in making a difference between a good experience and a frustrated customer. This means the team works on creating an experience with as little friction as possible with internally hosted payment and payment solutions in our European markets. You are the voice of the customer and responsible for identifying problems and opportunities to be tackled by the team.
You keep your stakeholders up-to-date on the latest product updates and you make sure the increments are solving real problems and driving our product to the right goals. You work closely with the designers and product analysts to discover new features and transform requests into workable stories, in a quest to deliver value continuously. With you as our Product Manager, the team is able to identify opportunities and deliver value
You are responsible for:
Bringing the customer voice into the team day to day work
Identifying opportunities and assess their impact on our business
Representing the team towards the rest of the organization
Managing sprint planning and coordinate releases
Proactively communicating with stakeholders, keeping everyone up-to-date
Aligning team goals with company goals
Providing vision and direction to your team to deliver value constantly and iteratively
Adapting in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Setting up effective KPIs to track the performance of our products
Your profile:
Solid experience working with payment products
Experience with building out and prioritizing the product backlog ensuring the team are working in the biggest problem/opportunity spaces
Strong technical affinity with APIs, microservices (REST services)
Experience making data-informed decisions, is comfortable working with data tooling and works with engineers to produce data
Experience of setting and measuring KPIs to measure overall health of the product and the performance of new features released. Using data to inform continual iterations and enhancements
Know how to influence at all levels within an organization and in a variety of contexts
You are passionate about solving problems and translating those solutions into requirements that your team can execute
Clearly communicating with your stakeholders and engineering team, throughout the product development process and managing expectations
