Are you a Paid Media superstar who is ready to lead the way forward in building high performing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic & Affiliate?

Foot Locker is seeking a Senior Manager Paid Media to lead the paid media team to successfully run campaigns across the whole marketing funnel and deliver innovative, relevant and data-driven Acquisition Marketing for our online brands and banners.


Objectives of the Role

  • Define and lead our customer centric and data-driven Acquisition Marketing strategy
  • Oversee the day-to-day tactical operations and ensure that sales and efficiency targets are met
  • Own the strategic roadmap to drive digital maturity across all channels
  • Optimize and expand our marketing channels
  • Lead a team of 5 FTE
  • Work closely with external partners such as Google and Facebook to identify and act on opportunities
  • Proactively identify, test & roll out new media opportunities
  • You’ll immerse yourself in our business and drive daily performance and develop solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, content, planning/buying and finance
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance accordingly

Skills and qualifications you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, communication or similar
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing and media disciplines
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics & digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SA360, DV360)
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Budget ownership and planning
  • Experience with digital marketing traffic drivers (SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Display, etc.) and digital marketing campaign development
  • Proven working experience in eCommerce, preferably retailer or agency
  • Great at managing digital agencies
  • Skilled in attribution modelling and programmatic buying is plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking, with a flavor of creativity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
