What are you going to do?

As an Orderpicker at a catering warehouse in Drachten, you are responsible for collecting products in the warehouse. With the help of a hand scanner you, as an Orderpicker, will collect the products in the warehouse for an order. Then the products are being scanned, placed on the electric cart (which you drive yourself) and this will be repeated until the entire order is collected. No order is the same and every day you will experience a different part of the warehouse. 

Working days and hours

The working week is from Monday to Friday and there are three different shifts:

• Day shift: from 08:00 to 16:15;
• Evening shift: from 15:15 to 23:00;
• Night shift: from 20:00 to 06:00.

In consultation can be decided which shift you prefer. 

During the day you have 3 breaks, which you take with your colleagues in the canteen. For a small contribution you can buy food there, drinks are free.

A salary of € 11,58 buto per hour and allowances

• 23 years old? You'll make €11.34 per hour;
• 22 years old? You'll make €11.38 per hour;
• 21 years old? You'll make €11.18 per hour;
• 20 years old? You'll make €8.89 per hour;
• 19 years old? You'll make €7.77 per hour;
• 18 years old? You'll make €6.55 per hour. 

On top of this salary there are also bonuses! These are structured as follows:

• For the day shift you receive 50% allowance on Saturday before 12:00 noon, 100% allowance after 12:00 noon and 100% allowance the whole day without.
• For the evening shift you receive 25% allowance between 19:00 and 22:00 and 50% between 22:00 and 06:00.
• For the night shift you receive the same allowances as the day and evening shift, depending on the time you work. 

In addition, you will receive a travel allowance for your home-work distance. Are you going to work in the refrigeration? Then you will receive an allowance of €0.44 per hour.  

• A parttime or fulltime job as an orderpicker at a large catering company;
• Weekend, evening and refrigeration bonuses on top of your salary;
• Travel allowance;
• A Sligro staff pass giving you access to the cash-and-carry outlets;

• Er is geen minimale opleiding vereist.
• No minimum education required;
• In possession of own transport;
• You are available full time or part time;
• Work experience as an order picker is an advantage.
