Are you the new Head of Digital at LOAVIES? Do you want to work in a dynamic e-commerce fashion environment that has the ambition and plans to grow and expand internationally? As the Head of Digital you will make sure that we stay in front of the digital development, setting up and expanding the Digital Team by hiring new talents and preparing the existing team for further growth.

LOAVIES was founded 10 years ago and with our weekly new drops we are able to stay on-trend and relevant to our customers. We work together with a passionate team of 100+ professionals to design and market our collections. In the digital team you will find different sub-teams such as CRM, Data & Insights, Customer Experience, Product Content, Platform and Performance Marketing. You will create a strategic plan connected to our purpose to maximize growth. The growth will come from building, maintaining and growing powerful customer profiles through data collection and activating these profiles consistently across all channels. The Goal is to achieve maximum data driven personalization with a 360 customer view to collect & process data automated across all touch points from the customer journey. To achieve your goals you will work closely with cross functional teams, especially sales, marketing and creative.


  • Customer experience, through more and more personalized customer engagement and customer acquisition

  • Data segmentation

  • Setting up the customer lifetime value structure and optimize our CLV with different personalized commercial activities, decreasing churn, with win back and retention activities

  • Administration/Configuration and Development of our digital platform (Magento), CDP and new digital tools

  • Negotiation/dialogue with 3PLs

  • Technical compliance with GDPR

  • Be a strong partner in our content production with the sales & marketing partners

  • Set up relevant KPIs and follow up and optimize results



You are proactive and like to plan and structure your work. You are decisive and always looking to leverage existing resources for maximum impact. We think that you have the below listed experiences and if you don't, please challenge us, we would love to hear from you!

  • You put the customer first and understand the customer journey to create experiences that build deep and lasting relationships with customers.

  • Configuration and administration of a e-commerce platform

  • Integration of several SAAS tools to improve the customer experience

  • Creating a central data storage solution through data warehouse/data lakes

  • Performance marketing

  • A/B testing and SEO to optimize the web

  • Customer lifetime value building and optimization


In your role you will be evaluated on the following KPI's

  • Digital sales and growth


  • Churn rate

  • RFM (specify more)

  • Increased customer base (new and existing customer)

  • Retention
