This requires the best in class product, technology infrastructure and machine learning capabilities. The Marketing Rewards organisation is in charge of achieving this. We have a diverse group of software engineers, data scientists, product managers to make all this possible.
Senior Engineering Manager - Marketing Rewards
We are searching for an experienced and technology driven senior manager to lead engineering managers and teams in their scope. You will be directing all aspects of the engineering function, provide technical guidance, ensure future-proof architecture and sound engineering procedures are in place and consistent with the rest of Booking.com. Alongside an Engineering Director, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the team is high performing, that talent is identified and developed, any skills gaps and key resources are identified and planned for in good time for the organisation's success.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in marketing rewards at Booking.com. A background in marketing, rewards and incentives, multi-channel messaging or marketing technology would certainly be helpful but not compulsory.
