As senior marketing specialist for Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) business in the Benelux and Nordic within the NWE region. You will be responsible for driving marketing programs to drive the CRDN business, including DES/DCBs/Renal Denervation and other therapy delivery products in the CRDN portfolio Benelux/Nordic.

In collaboration with the SHQ marketing team and the regional business director, you will design and implement marketing strategies which will include establishing marketing plans, therapy development, competitive strategy and product management tasks. You will interface with SHQ Marketing for the development of marketing plans and provide ongoing support to the Benelux/Nordic countries within the NWE region with therapy and product expertise. You will work in close contact with the Business Director in the NWE region and his leadership team. A special focus will be ensured to provide the necessary tools, assets and trainings in English to the local sales teams.

A Day in the Life

Main responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing and product strategies for therapies in the CRDN portfolio.
  • Responsible for product planning and management for designated products within the CRDN portfolio
  • Develop competitive messaging to position products and portfolio
  • Work closely with SHQ marketers as well as country sales leadership to drive execution of the country marketing plans
  • Provide support to country sales and marketing on therapy/product expertise, customer visits and local events
  • Facilitate and coordinate marketing activities with countries to build partnerships and drive business results
  • Work individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion
  • Ensure high quality sales reps education
  • Performing sales and competitive analysis
  • Responsibilities may also include coordinating congress activities, developing marketing materials, tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
  • Execute product launches
  • You will be a member of the NWE CRDN leadership team.

Must Haves

  • BA or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or similar experience in the Healthcare Industry.
  • High-performing individual; self-starter; strong track record of project execution
  • Minimum 3 years in marketing / product experience. Preferably in medical device business or/and in the interventional space.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and different levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, results-oriented
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, problem solver
  • Passion to win
  • Ability to collaborate and influence to drive execution
  • Potential to manage complex programs independently
  • Strong soft and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
