You are responsible for
Managing the current portfolio of Philips Digital pathology solutions
Managing key customer engagement from commercial side at C Suite for the multi-country key accounts
Developing subject matter knowledge to support market needs for tender responses working in close collaboration with product management and development teams within the BIU
Identifying new opportunities to grow the business in under – penetrated markets and segments using business model innovation
Defining and Leading commercial pricing handshakes with each BMC transitioned market
Developing campaigns and attack plans in collaboration with Businesses, Markets and Product Management to address major commercial growth opportunities
Establish bench-marking and best practice sharing across markets
Drive customer loyalty by aligning the necessary resources within the region and markets
You are a part of
The Business Development team, responsible for international markets for the Digital pathology business BIU within the PD solutions business. You will work in a highly motivated team and work with stakeholders in various central teams, markets and businesses across the globe. Centrally you will work with the multi-cultural DCP team consisting of Solution architects, product managers and marketing team. The team operates in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders. The work location is Best, The Netherlands.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master’s Degree/ equivalent in Business management
Some ( internship ) experience in a related field (Business Analytics/Business Development) is preferred
Must be able to demonstrate Sales / Entrepreneurial experience / mindset
Preferred experience in Healthcare / Pathology industry
Ability to work effectively with senior executives
Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world
Comfortable to work in matrix structures
Team-player, Self-starting, persistent, results driven, "Can-do-Will-do" mentality and creative
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Willingness to travel up to 10 – 15%
