Our Sales and Sales Operations teams are on the frontline introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with restaurants to grow our businesses together.

About the Role

As a Territory Account Manager, you will optimize the strategic partnership with our restaurants, by driving the development of specific cities and areas with a focus on top restaurants within Amsterdam. This role is an outstanding opportunity to help grow Uber Eats in Amsterdam with a strong sense of ownership, strategic vision, and client obsession, which will have a direct impact on the success of one of Uber Eats' fastest-growing territories and drive a step-change in the evolution of the food delivery business. This role calls for a combination of client obsession, account management, and relationship-building skills, as well as strong operational execution abilities to complete tasks at scale.

What You'll Do
  • As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing Uber Eats in Amsterdam, both on the topline (orders and clients growth) and bottom line (average basket), with a strong focus on the restaurant dimension. You'll effectively drive business performance in your Area.
  • You will identify key restaurants to acquire to continue to enrich the selection already available on Uber Eats, and coordinate with our dedicated sales team to make the deal is closed.
  • You will create long-term relationships with the restaurant accounts within Amsterdam, ultimately enhancing their financials, marketing efforts, engagement, and satisfaction. You'll be a key influencer in their delivery business.
  • You will acquire an extensive knowledge of your area to identify further opportunities to continue to develop Uber Eats success
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience. Track record in account management or in a client-facing role, and the willingness to learn. Experience in a sales/account management role is required.
  • Incredible empathy. A true advocate for Uber's users and passionate about the community experience.
  • Calm under pressure. You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
  • Ability to take initiatives. You work independently and easily adapt to constantly-changing work environment.
  • Think strategically. You analyze restaurant needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve.
  • Passion. You love Uber. You are driven by being at the forefront of a highly visible, fast-growing brand.
  • Organizational skills. You'll handle many complex and urgent issues at once to efficiently resolve a large number of problems and inquiries.
  • Analytical skills. You'll carry on analysis and creatively find solutions. Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Presentations, and Salesforce a plus.
  • Team player. You'll contribute to a collaborative work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users.
  • Get ahead. You'll take ownership of Uber Eats growth and the success of our restaurant partner accounts.
  • Exceptional speaking, reading comprehension, and writing skills in English and Dutch.
