Support in the continued growth of Philips global MR Business and work in an engaging team and international environment. You will be working on organizing events/meetings, managing projects and assisting the management team.

You are responsible for

As a department assistant in the MR department, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the Department Managers in collaboration with a team of senior assistants

  • Supporting event management and invoice creation

  • Performing secretarial tasks such as

    • Calendar management

    • Plan meetings, customer events & video conferences

    • Travel arrangements

    • Trainings and workshops

    • Onboarding of new employees

You are a part of the Global MR department, reporting to the MR Marketing Department Manager. You will be an important part of the team, having a key role in connecting all team members. The job is located in Best, the Netherlands. You will fit well into our team, if you share our core values, can-do-mentality, readiness to go the extra mile, open communication and trust.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Proficient in English and be comfortable in working in an international environment;

  • Pro-active, solution oriented, energetic and enthusiastic person who takes initiatives and thinks and plans ahead;

  • You know how to set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and keep a calm focus.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools

  • Thorough knowledge of modern communication tools like SharePoint, Teams, etc.
