Senior Change professional – Compliance Conflict of Interest Tooling
ING Group Compliance is looking to hire a Change Professional.
This is a good opportunity for a professional with a compliance and change execution background who would like to join a global, multi-year Compliance transformation programme. The ambition of Compliance is to be the strategic business partner that empowers ING to be compliant by desire and design.
The transformation programme is divided into different workstreams. For one of the workstreams, Process Automation, we are looking for a senior change professional. The Process Automation workstream aims to harmonise and standardise global processes and to gain global insights in risks.
The candidate would be assigned to implementing the conflict of interest tooling called My Compliance Office for the modules Personal Account Dealing (PAD), Outside Positions and Gifts and Entertainment. This tooling needs to be implemented in all countries within the network of ING.
The vacancy is within the Strategic Transformation Office (STO), which is part of the Group Compliance department (based in Amsterdam). The STO is a department which supports the design and execution of the Compliance Vision 2022 and the underlying deliverables.

Key result areas and responsibilities
As a Compliance change professional
You contribute to the implementation of conflict of interest tooling named My Compliance Office;
You are responsible for the roll out of the tooling to the countries;
You have a good knowledge of the methods and tools for Change Management;
You work together with other STO team members to achieve expected results;
You work on various project deliverables related to the implementation of the tool;
You liaise with the IT squad to configure and implement the tool;
You facilitate the change team by removing impediments;
You help the team to collect and share best practices;
You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment in an international setting;
You are proficient in senior stakeholder management, being aware of cross cultural sensitivities
You are involved in drafting training material, communication documents and other relevant documentation.

You are a seasoned professional with deep knowledge about the compliance function;
You have understanding of conflict of interest processes and tooling and related laws and regulations/directives, related to Personal Account Dealing, Outside Interests and Gift & Entertainment processes and tooling (both in isolation as well as interrelated);
You are an experienced project manager who understands change management, the related processes, technology and/or developments;
You have previously worked on the roll out of IT systems;
You have previously worked with an Agile team and have experience of the Agile way of working;
You have a hands on mentality and a “can do” attitude;
You are a team player, you trust others and can be trusted;
You are pragmatic and energetic;
You have a critical mindset and don’t hesitate to speak up;

University degree or equivalent
Knowledge of financial services business, processes, procedures and/or systems;
>10 years of experience in a compliance and change management environment;
Learning agility and innovative mindset;
Ability to work across functional and geographic lines;
Fluent in English;
Flexibility: adjusts approach, seeks different paths in a targeted manner;
Hands on mentality.
