As a Back of House Manager, you will support the Sales team by ensuring that the store is fully prepared and stocked throughout the working day. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries and organizing stock, the stock room and ensuring all back-office operations are complete. In this junior position, a close attention to detail, strong computer skills, time management and organizational skills are required. Duties and Responsibilities
Excellent communication with Retail and Store Operations
Report and account for damaged and defective merchandise
Ensure continuous shop floor stock replenishment
Partner with appropriate manager to direct new arrivals placement on the sales floor
Provide feedback to manager relating to stock concerns
Maintain a neat, tidy and organized stock area
