The Brand Manager is a Dutch marketing function within the Benelux Mood Disorders team that is currently launching Spravato; an innovative treatment for depression. In this exciting role you are responsible for the development and execution of the marketing plans.

What can you expect of this role

  • You will be part of the Brand Team that together is responsible for the Brand plan, and tactical plans, in line with the Strategy and stakeholder insights.

  • You will have full ownership to the development and delivery of omnichannel tactics, tools and project, that are relevant to make the difference towards external stakeholders and patients.

  • Agility is key! In this role, the market is dynamic, which requires to adjust "on the go". When you as a Brand Manager take the lead in this, this will positively impact the entire team and its performance.

  • Besides knowing and understand the market dynamics and landscape, the role requires you to actively collaborate with the account teams to fine-tune the tactics based on stakeholder insights and needs.

  • You're part of group in which we value, hear and use all perspectives and opinions, in order to improve and get better every day!

  • The Business Unit Manager will not only be your Line Manager, but also your coach and sparring partner for business and personal development

Qualifications

What are we looking for

"Nice to haves"

  • Experience in the healthcare industry (preferably pharmaceutical sector) as project manager, product manager, brand manager or marketing manager. Digital experience in developing customer journeys

  • Proficiency in digital customer engagement tools

  • Good humor. We love to laugh.
