Administrative Coordinator

Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a world renowned, international fashion company? Do you analytical insight and are you available on short notice?

Randstad is looking for an Identity Managament Coordinator. Do you have strong administrative skills and do you know how to prioritize tasks? Then this would be a great opportunity for you! This team is currently an group of 7 professionals. Their goal is to to deliver and continuously improve IDM solutions, which are fully automated and SOX compliant.

who are you

You have already some experience in working with different systems, because for this role will work with different systems such as: Active Directory, Active Directory Manager, Exchange Management Console, SAP, Atlassian Platforms (Jira, Confluence) and Topdesk. You will be the first point of contact when internal matters need to be arranged as well, so you know how to act quickly.

what will you do

We are looking for a new team member to assist with day-to-day user access management activities relating to account creation, access assignment, and the closure of accounts. There are strict procedures for carrying out these tasks, and so the IDM Coordinator must ensure that all requests are handled correctly and within our timeframes.

  • You will be the point of contact for all user management requests and related queastion
  • Process user management requests efficiently and effectively, making
  • Make sure they adhere to our security policy and user management procedures
where will you work

You'll be working for an international fashion company which is based in Amsterdam.

As we are in the middle of automating our processes and so we expect all of our team members to be critical of current procedures and suggest continuous improvements. You will do this together with your colleagues. In addditon, you are going to work in an international enviornment with many opportunities!
