Senior Manager, Business Development

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead the business development for MR Service & Solutions Delivery Business in order to drive profitable growth in line with business Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and deliver topline and bottom line results. You are responsible to generate services & solutions growth plans and ensure local market relevance of the value propositions via co-creation with the markets. You lead the Business Market Combination (BMC) planning and execution, monitors performance, develop and enables execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve BMC and AOP commitments.

You are responsible for

  • Build Service & Solutions business market plan (18month rolling) together with Services & Solutions Marketing team for MR, in line with the Strategic Plan

  • Partner with Market S&SD Leader and Business Market Managers (BMMs) to lead BMC handshake and ongoing performance management against plan with the Markets

  • Responsible for the BMC planning and execution, monitor performance, develop and enable execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve BMC and AOP commitments.

  • Drive demand generation and ensure that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets

  • Develop local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth, in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements

  • Ensure relevance of value propositions for the Market

  • Together with Business BMM, determine service and solutions portfolio for the Markets, setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock

  • Manage commercial KPIs and drive continuous improvements applying LEAN

  • Key KPIs:

    • Margin (IGM)/EBITA

    • Comparable Sales Growth (CSG) / Order Intake (OIT)

    • Price Realization

    • Growth enablers
