Project Manager (Digital Marketing) - fixed term contract

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing localization projects for various marketing campaign.

  • Leading and coaching a team of graphic designers and digital content editors across Europe. Making sure deadlines are met, and the team is properly briefed.

  • Together with our Data Analyst, you will set and follow metrics that advise us of the success of the team and their impact on business results.

  • You will constantly be searching for and sharing relevant information, meeting with stakeholders, and ensuring that your work is in line with strategy & prioritization is in line with business objectives.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading creative projects from ideation to completion in multiple European markets.

  • Implementation of relevant structures, processes and solutions to smoothen the experience within your team.

  • Being updated with the business performance and strategic direction in each market, and translating that into actions for your team.

  • Managing project progress and reprioritize when necessary.

  • Ensuring projects meet deadline.

  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Coach and develop others to create an inspiring and open team culture and strengthening the overall capability of your team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 5+ Project management experience with digital marketing background

  • Should be comfortable to work with any of the agile modules

  • Experience from leading and mentoring creative teams.

  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English

  • You plan like a pro and have a structured way of working.

  • Positive, optimistic approach to creative problem solving. You are data-driven and have a test and learn approach.

  • A collaborative and adaptable personality to who can turn challenges into success.

  • A natural multitasker who can filter information and make it actionable.

  • Stakeholder management skills
