who are you

For this role you need to have some experience in the international supply chain (OTC, PTS). You are a good fit for the job if you have insight and a quick understanding of processes. It is also important you have strong analytical skills and you are experienced with MS Excel.

Other requirements for the job are as follows:

  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication;
  • You have strong communication and problem solving skills;
  • You have the ability to switch between tasks and manage multiple competing priorities;
  • The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, economics or information technology.
what will you do

You will act as the 1st line support contact for ERP systems in the EU supply chain department. You will do this for the area of OTC & PTS, such as ERP, reporting tools & systems. This includes access management & training for business users, troubleshooting, support for systems and system improvements.

You will ensure reliable and efficient execution of performing Order-To-Cash (OTC) and Plant to Stock (PTS). Also you will support business OTC & PTS processes and system improvements and ensure business continuity. You will support process improvement initiatives and projects as a Business Tester for execution of user acceptance tests for system changes and related documentation.

  • Ensures optimal internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Ensures compliance with SOX & GMP regulations
  • Ensures GDP compliance in processes and operation
  • Preparation of monthly and yearly departmental performance KPIs
  • Assess product launches for Sales area data from an ERP system point of view
