Product Owner 3rd Party Market Places (m/f/d)

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

be a Product Owner who optimizes the E2E 3rd Party Market Place platform for Philips Domestic Appliances. In this role you continuously define, prioritize and evaluate the market place roadmap for Domestic Appliances and in that context you work closely together with the Business, IT and the platform vendor(s). You are considered as the expert on 3rd Party Market Places in the company and thus key to optimizing this Direct-to-Consumer sales channel.

You are responsible for:

  • Definition of the platform vision and platform contract Management

  • Leading a transparent, data driven prioritization process to work on backlog items that have the highest business value

  • Inspection and adaptation of the platform including definition and Implementation of continuous improvement stories with teams

  • Communication and collaboration between DA business and IT and the vendors

  • Optimization and commonality of in-market operating models for 3rd party Market Places

  • Maintaining a clear and measurable set of KPI’s that will be used to measure success

  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and be the expert and go-to person on the platform operating model

You are a part of

the new Philips Domestic Appliances Team. This team will be responsible for the transformation and innovating in the market for business Domestic Appliances. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • 3 years of experience of Product/Platform Owner in digital/market place role and experience with agile development

  • Solid understanding of E-Commerce Business, technology and digital marketing concepts

  • Able to operate at strategic level while also hands-on to get things done

  • Fluency in English, Dutch is nice to have

  • Strong communication skills in both technical and nontechnical ways

  • Experience in analyzing data and statistics, also strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
